New school, new dean
Lakeland has a new school - the School of Energy and Environmental Sciences
- and a new dean
to lead this school. As the dean of energy and environmental sciences, Ben Sey
will draw on his extensive
background and experiences. "I’m enjoying working with the people in our school to explore ways we can enhance what we do,” he says.
Cause for celebration
Almost 800 years of service was recognized last week at the Employee Service Recognition Awards.
The college celebrated employees who have either retired or have reached a service milestone - 10, 15, 20, 25 and 35 years of service - during this past year. Photos of the recipients are in this week's Link photo gallery.
