Beginner Violin

Patrick Benoit

Patrick began learning music when he was four years old as piano student in the Music for Young Children program in Lloydminster. He started violin lessons in the Suzuki method a yer later, and violin quickly became his main instrument. Since then, he has been continuously playing and performing. Highlights of his performance insclude being a provincial finalist in the Saskatchewan and Alberta Music Festivals, performing duet with his sister at Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee celebrations in Lloydminster and participating in string  orchestra at summer institutes in both Alberta and British Columbia.

Patrick values the principles of music study that help make a well-developed individual:asking questions, parent participation and encouragement, and inspiring a love of music and loving music you play. He firmly believes that anyone who enjoy music, can learn music.

All beginner and novice violin students are welcome in Patrick's studio where he hopes to instill a love of music in every student.
