Guitar Lessons - Lloydminster & Vermillion

Two instructors provide guitar instruction on the Lloydminster campus. Lessons are also available on the Vermilion campus.

Lesson costs are the same for both instructors.

Guitar with Myck Strueby

Myck Strueby has been playing guitar since the age of 8. He grew up learning songs from his favorite bands. Throughout high school he also played trumpet in his high school jazz band.

He continues to learn and grow musically. Myck spent a year in California studying guitar at the Los Angeles College of Music where he earned a music performance diploma majoring in guitar. He took master classes with musicians such as Tariqh Akoni, Bill Fowler and Art Renshaw.

Myck’s background in both concert and jazz bands serves him well in his music pursuits and he is enthusiastic about teaching and demonstrating new music skills to students.

Myck instructs students of all ages and levels, ranging from reading music to learning your favorite musical pieces to jamming on a few good chords.
