Students were asked: What is/are the most important concept(s) you learned from this program?
- I learned that communication is key. Though things are easy to overlook, we must concentrate to make sure that it doesn't happen
- I found everything useful. The AutoCAD instruction, Design instruction, Materials course and estimating, Professional Practice class, etc.
- I learned about hard work. This program challenged me in many ways, and I had to learn and use skills that I hadn't used before.
- Time management, decision making, leadership skills, the ability to work in a group.
- Computer drafting, time management, all the technical stuff that you don't like to learn but is so important.
- The most important concepts I have learned throughout this program are the skills that I need in the work field like communication skills, good work ethic, time management skills, completing assigned tasks to the best of my ability and organization skills.. etc. This program had also taught me to love learning again and to continue to learn new things. I would strongly recommend this program to others.

- I would without a doubt recommend this Interior Design Technology program to any individuals interested in this career field. I currently feel very well prepared in my practicum placement with the knowledge I have gained from Lakeland College.
