A Career of Spending Time With Your Best Friend

In the Bachelor of Science: Animal Health program, students will learn about the biology and behaviour of companion animals, the human-animal bond, as well as the connection between animal health and safety and the quality of the food supply.

Through the completion of real-world projects and case studies, students will examine the issues faced by the animal health sector, the food production industry, and government.

Students choose from three majors:
  • companion and performance animals
  • food animals
  • food safety and quality.
