Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) – Lloydminster Campus

For the Love of Plants and Animals

If you want to understand the biology of plants and/or animals and learn more about issues faced by industry, government and environmental organizations or the role of biotechnology in society, Lakeland's Bachelor of Science in Agriculture program may be the post-secondary choice for you.

Through the completion of real-world projects and case studies, students explore environmentally sustainable approaches to managing land used for the production of food, clothing, fuel and other consumer products and develop hands-on skills through an extensive network of plant and animal research facilities.

Students are able to choose from the following majors: Agricultural and Resource Economics; Animal Science; Crop Science; Range and Pasture Management; and Sustainable Agricultural Systems.
