It Pays to Visit

You are invited to visit Lakeland College. We want you to come for a visit because we're proud of our facilities, services and people.

If you live more than 100 km from the campus you visit, your student is eligible for a tuition credit after they enrol. All the details can be found on tuition credit for visit page.

No matter how far you travel for your visit, if you book a campus tour your student's name goes into a draw for a $1,000 tuition credit. Two winners--one for each campus--are chosen every academic year. Since we're small, your odds are good.

If you do come to visit, please consider having your student be a Lakeland student for a day. Arrangements can be made for most programs with an enrolment specialist.

Once your student is here, you can always visit them to see how their year is going.

Where to stay

Whether you're coming for a tour or are visiting your student during the academic year, you have an on-campus accommodation option. There is an alumni house on both campuses. In Vermilion, it's a historic house. In Lloydminster, it's a student spinwheel decorated more suitably for a visitor. Both options are cost-effective and also allow you the opportunity to provide a favorite home cooked meal by using the kitchen facilities.

Check out the Alumni House page for more details.
