No matter your view on giving, there is truth in Beard's statement. You won't really know--or, necessarily be around to see--how your gift makes or made a difference in the life and education of a Lakeland College student.

However, it is nice to know about the return on your investment in Lakeland College students. So, what can we tell you?

We do know that there is an economic impact of supporting and education people. Specifically, we have the results of a 2007 study about Lakeland College's economic impact in the community. See the study summary on the economic impact page.
