- If you do not attend convocation, your credential will be mailed to the address noted. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks delivery after ceremony date.
If your parent or grandparent also attended Lakeland College (VSA, VAVC or VC), you are eligible to receive an alumni generation pin. The application form for this recognition is also available online as well as in a pdf format on the alumni generation form page.
Deadline to apply for 2014 convocation is April 4, 2014.

Personal information on this form is collected under the authority of the Colleges Act and will be used to process requests for certificates, diplomas or degrees and will be printed in a graduation program. Lakeland College may publish a list of all graduates. The information will be shared with the alumni association to be used in the normal course of operations.
