Pioneer Celebration

We're kicking off our centennial by going back to our roots and taking a look at the food, clothes, and activities of 1913. Join us in the Vermilion Campus Cafeteria Saturday, November 17, 2012 for a night of pioneer themed festivities and fun.
Doors open at 5 pm and supper starts at 6 pm. We're creating a diverse menu featuring foods from different ethnic groups ... so be prepared to try something new. There will also be a square dance demonstration and old time music.
Everyone's invited--but there are a limited number of tickets, so get yours soon!
Menu Includes:
- Aboriginal bannock with berry preserves,
- grainy mustard German potato salad,
- beef bourguignon,
- potatoes and vegetables,
- Ukrainian perogies,
- and an assortment of pies.
