Rob first started work at Lakeland College in 1992. He took a four-year hiatus mid-decade to do lending and small business consulting returning to the post-secondary world in 2000. His background includes retail management, business ownership (construction, electronics, business consultant), business lending, and business plan development and consulting.

Rob says the coolest thing about living and working in the Lakeland community is "the small town friendliness of Vermilion and area residents."
