Auditor General's green is golden
For the second consecutive year, Lakeland College has received 3 green lights for its financial reporting in the annual provincial auditor's report. For the college's financial services team, the rating came during a year when accounting standards were changed.
Business Case Team
The 9th Lakeland Business Case team recently met reps of its sponsors--Servus Credit Union and Hawkings Epp Dumont--at a Chamber Connect held at the Lloydminster campus. The five-member team is currently practicing the skills they'll need to solve a business problem and present their solutions to a panel of experts at the Alberta Deans of Business Case Competition. The annual competition will be hosted by Red Deer College next month.
