| Stroke Improvement | |
|
Do you find that your child is having trouble with one particular level? Is tweaking a swimming stroke the last competency left to check off before they can get their badge? We are proud to announce a new program called Stroke Improvement. This program will target students who have been able to complete the skills and water safety components of a level, but still need to work on fitness or swimming components. Students who would like practice before taking the next level are welcome to join as well. We would like to offer a time that is solely dedicated to developing their strength and technique, without having to “learn” information they’ve already been taught. Stroke improvement will be offered for levels 3 and up. Students working towards receiving a badge at the end of session, must bring in their previous progress card showing which items must still be checked off on the first day of class. Students who do not provide this information, or students who are taking stroke improvement as practice for their next swimming lesson session will not receive a badge or any components marked off in their progress card. A session consists of 5 one hour lessons. The cost is $ 37.50. |
