Take University of British Columbia (UBC) courses required by the assessment and appraisal industry. Learn to estimate construction costs of properties and commercial projects as well as do property appraisals of single family residences.

Current Project
Market Research Project
Second-year business students at the Lloydminster campus took on the role of a marketing research company in January to conduct a research project for their CO 231 communications class. Their client: Lakeland College. The purpose of the hands-on project is to
identify strengths and opportunities that would enhance students’ experiences on-campus. The students will present their findings April 14 and 16.
