Learn computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point that will help you create complete business plans and reports. You will role play various scenarios faced in the customer services and sales industries. Your course requires a research report which gives you an in-depth knowledge of the theory learned in class.The Lakeland Advantage:
Students can acquire or work toward designations from these associations while studying in the management program:- Canadian Institute of Management (CIM) – Graduates meeting the requirements will be awarded the CIM designation upon graduation

Current Project
Market Research Project
Second-year business students at the Lloydminster campus took on the role of a marketing research company in January to conduct a research project for their CO 231 communications class. Their client: Lakeland College. The purpose of the hands-on project is to
identify strengths and opportunities that would enhance students’ experiences on-campus. The students will present their findings April 14 and 16.
