Lloydminster Meeting Facilities

Classrooms

Renting parties are welcome to make modifications to room set up (tables and chairs), however rooms must be returned to original condition before vacating. Rubbish removal or excessive cleaning will be charged to the client on the final invoice if room is left in unsatisfactory condition.

Small Room (40 people or less)

Availability of facilities is subject to Academic Class Schedules
A half day consists of 4 hours or less.
Set-up and take down of classroom is available for $35/hour, if requested.
Lloydminster Weddings, Banquets and Special Event Facilities

Lakeland College Representative: $38.00/hr.

If you wish to have a Lakeland College Representative present at your event to assist you with any difficulties, you will be billed for a minimum of 4hrs. After 8hrs you will be billed at $55.50 per additional hour.

Cafeteria

Rental (Round Tables, Set-Up, Take-Down and Basic Janitorial) $745.00
Max Capacity of 200 people, Banquet Style.

Set-up and Take Down of Mezzanine Area $230.00

Stage Sections (4ft X 8ft) $22.50/section

Note: Set-up of the Cafeteria can begin at 4 p.m. on Friday and cleanup must be done by 2pm. on Sunday.

Gymnasium

Can seat approx. 600 - 800 people banquet style depending on set-up requirements.

Set up of Tables and Chairs (includes floor covering and sound system)

Notes:
The gymnasium can be set up as lecture theatre style also for the same costs of set-up and take down of tables and chairs.
If addition clean up is necessary, the user/group will be charged at a rate of $50/hour

Dance Floor

Dance floor is only available in the gymnasium
