Rustlers Hold Clinic in Paradise Valley
On February 1st the men’s basketball team travelled to Paradise Valley, AB to hold a basketball clinic for the junior and senior girl’s basketball team at EH Walter school. The Clinic’s main focus was team defense. The Rustlers head coach Peter Sambu put the girls with the help of the Rustlers through some team drills and also team fundamentals as performed by the Rustlers men’s basketball team. The Clinic ran from 3:30pm till 5 where the girls worked extremely hard and had a lot of fun working with the Rustlers. EH Walter girl’s basketball program is one of the stronger programs in the area. Senior girls posting a 7-1 record and junior girls with 2-0 record so far this season. We want to thank Coach Art Block Coach Krista McDonald for inviting us and taking the time to host the Rustlers.
