Kelli Blatchford
Women's Volleyball
2010/11
After an excellent freshman year where she started all 26 matches, Kelli looks to become a leader for the Rustlers next season. Rebounding from shoulder surgery in the off-season, Kelli’s skill set will grow even more. Watch for Kelli to be a standout at her position in the ACAC in 2010/11.
2009/10
A great 1st year for Rustlers Setter, Kelli Blatchford. Kelli started all 26 matches for the Rustlers this season and was able to distribute the ball to her team mates. She totalled 67 kills, 3 service aces and added 19 stuff blocks and 144 digs. She was names player of the game on 2 occasions, and had one of her best performances of the season vs. Briercrest College where she tallied 9 kills and 19 digs in a 5 set thriller.
High School/ Club
Kelli played volleyball with Kelvington High School from grade six to twelve. During this time period she won a gold, silver, and bronze medal at 3A Girls Provincials. Playing club from grade eight to twelve, Kelli played for NESAC Rage in Tisdale.
Personal
Kelli Blatchford was born July 13, 1991, in Kelvington, Saskatchewan to parents Dan and Caren. Growing up in Kelvington her entire life Kelli played as many sports as she could. Though volleyball was her main focus Kelli participated in basketball, badminton, baseball, track and swimming. Kelli's other main focus was during the summer, when she would lifeguard at her local swimming pool. Working there for the past three summer's and became head lifeguard this previous summer. Kelli would also win a bronze and silver medal at HOOPLA 2A Girls basketball for her grade nine and ten year.
