Employee & College Member Code of Conduct
Everyone who is employed at Lakeland College, with the exception of the president, is required to sign the Employee Code of Conduct.
This code follows the spirit of the college’s core values, in particular integrity and respect. The policy includes:
- behaviour such as appropriate relationships and work expectations
- confidentiality
- conflict of interest
- gifts and event tickets
- inappropriate relationships
- safe and healthy workplace

Effective Sept 1, 2019, this code applies to all members of the college community, except members of the board of governors and the president and CEO. Their code of conduct is part of the Lakeland College Board of Governors Policy Handbook.
