My HR
Welcome to Lakeland College's My HR portal
If you work for Lakeland College, then this is your My HR.
You will want to sign in at least monthly to view and print your pay advice slips. Some of the other functions include:
- verifying your personal information
- viewing and printing your T4 for your taxes
- requesting vacation time
- marking illness and special leave
- recording overtime
- recording hours worked
How to use My HR
PeopleSoft single sign-on is here
Single sign-on means you can access more than one PeopleSoft application using your standard Lakeland College credentials.
So it will be as simple as your user name—firstname.lastname, or your firstname.lastname@lakeland email —along with your current password. The same combination you use to log into the Lakeland network.
This is another security measure that reduces the risk of credential theft or unauthorized access.
If you don't use the Lakeland network to connect to My HR, you'll continue to access My HR to enter your time using your current username and password.
Access for former employees
If you leave Lakeland College, you will be able to access My HR resources for 24 months.
