Supply Lists
Preparing for college includes having the right clothing, footwear, equipment and other supplies.
Each school has some common items and every program has some specifics.
None of these supply lists include notepaper, pens, pencils, highlighters and other school supplies.
Because of COVID-19, you’re required to wear a face covering in class and in common areas on campus. If you’re attending classes on campus you’ll be given one reusable 3-ply face covering to wear. Disposable face coverings will be available for purchase. It’s recommended that before you arrive, you purchase additional reusable 3-ply face coverings or adequate quantities of disposable 3-ply face coverings for use on campus.
You'll see what you need to purchase before you arrive at Lakeland College. That's because you might start labs your first day, or the first week.
As well, there are lists of what to buy once you're here. Usually that's textbooks and other specific supplies from the bookstore.
Not every program will list textbooks. Those that don’t will give you textbook lists during registration/orientation.
Bookstore & COVID-19
COVID-19 means we'll be limiting how many people can be in the bookstore at any one time. So, you may order books and supplies over the phone with a credit card. Purchases can be shipped or you can schedule a time for pick up on campus.

Depending on your course, you may find having your own printer beneficial compared to the cost of college printing.
