Supply Lists
Preparing for college includes having the right clothing, footwear, equipment and other supplies.
Each school has some common items and every program has some specifics.
You'll see what you need to purchase before you arrive at Lakeland College. That's because you might start labs your first day, or the first week.
As well, there are lists of what to buy once you're here. Usually that's textbooks and other specific supplies from the bookstore.
Not every program will list textbooks. Most programs will give you textbook lists on the first day as part of your registration/orientation.
None of these supply lists include notepaper, pens, pencils, highlighters and other school supplies.
Computers & Printers
You aren't expected to have your own computer and printer. You have access to both computer labs and printers on campus.
However, some programs do recommend you have your own. Depending on your course, you may find having your own printer beneficial compared to the cost of college printing.
If you do bring your own personal computer, Wi-Fi is available.
Agricultural Sciences
Your shopping list starts with a pair of steel-toed rubber boots. They are required when you're on the farm.
