Before you get too far into the process, please contact the nominee and tell them you are nominating them for this award. You'll need their resume or CV, so you'll need their cooperation and assistance.
Nominations for 2022 awards will open August 1, 2021.

Once nominations open, you may choose between using our online web form or a fillable PDF.
Supporting documents
- Nomination letter - You may use the spaces in the form, or write a nomination letter answering the 4 questions. Please be brief, about 100 words per question.
- Supporting letter - Please submit one letter of support. Letters should only be a page long and include the details of specific achievement(s).
- Highlights - Please submit the highlights of the nominee's work and or volunteer experience.
