Distinguished Alumni Nominations

You have choices about how to submit a distinguished alumni nomination form and the required supporting documents.

Before you get too far into the process, please contact the nominee and tell them you are nominating them for this award. You'll need their resume or CV, so you'll need their cooperation and assistance.

Nominations for 2022 awards will open August 3, 2021.

When you click on the link to the web form you will be asked to sign in to your google account to provide these supporting documents.

• Nomination letter — You may use the spaces in the form, or write a nomination letter answering the 4 questions. Please be brief, about 100 words per question.
• Supporting letter — Please submit one letter of support. Letters should only be a page long and include the details of specific achievement(s).
• Highlights — Please submit the highlights of the nominee's work and or volunteer experience.
