You may also use the NEOS search
to find resources in Lakeland and other libraries in the NEOS group.
We recommend using either the Firefox or Microsoft Edge browser to view the library's website.
If you have a TAL
(The Alberta Library) card from your home library, you can borrow up to 30 items from the Lakeland library and other participating NEOS member libraries
If you have TAL you can also place holds on items from participating NEOS member libraries.
Show us your TAL card at the circulation desk and we will create an account in our NEOS system for you.
If you don't have a TAL card
, you may request a community borrower's
card. This card allows you to:
- borrow up to 30 print items from any NEOS library
- access to our databases, streaming videos and e-books while you're on campus.
To sign-up for a community borrower's card, please bring some identification that includes a local address. Two possibilities are your driver's license or your utility bill.
