Living away from home can be difficult especially when you don't feel well.

But, with Lakeland College’s Health Services, your road to recovery will be much easier.

All medical services are strictly confidential and Lakeland's Health Services provides friendly and caring assistance in a safe environment.

Care and services

Nursing care and health consultation services provided include:

first aid
health education
birth control counselling
immunizations
health awareness programs
information resource base
injuries
single dose non-prescription medications
sexually transmitted disease testing
female health exams

Registered nurse

If you are ill, injured, or have health related questions, Lakeland College’s on-campus registered nurse can help. Health Services is located in the Black Box Theatre area in Lloydminster and by Student Services in Vermilion.

If you become injured at Lakeland College, we can help.

We provide:

mandatory reporting
workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) filing
- Note: Students injured during class time or on a school field trip are covered under WCB
