Fall semester enrolment sets a new record

At the end of September there were 2,497 full-time and part-time students in Lakeland credit programming, an increase of 4.4 per cent from last year’s fall enrolment of 2,392 students. This is the fifth consecutive year Lakeland's fall enrolment has increased.

James Griffith
James Griffith's musical milestones continue. The performing arts student earned third place in the Woodwinds category of the 2018 National Music Festival and National Conference. Earlier this year, he won both his provincial and national classes at the Saskatchewan Music Festival Provincials.

With only a few months left to complete the heavy oil power engineering program, Ali Cooke was diagnosed with cancer. The support of her family, friends, classmates and instructors helped Ali to successfully complete her program.

Rustlers on the run

Rustlers cross-country student-athletes competed at Grand Prix #4 in the Vermilion Provincial Park recently. The Rustlers also paid tribute to their outstanding coaches during National Coaches Week.
