2nd Year Energy Registration and Orientation

Your tuition and mandatory fees are due on Aug 12, 2024.

Payment options are:

• Cheque or money order: On-campus or mail to Lakeland College Student Services, 5707 College Drive, Vermilion AB, T9X 1K5
• Interac: On-campus
• VISA or MasterCard: On-campus or call 1-800-661-6490 (press 3 for Student Services, then press 4 for Student Fees/Accounts)
• Bill payment via your bank: Your Student ID is your account #
  
• Sponsorship: If you are sponsored, for example, by Service Canada, a First Nations Band or Workers Compensation Board, written confirmation from your sponsor must be submitted via email to financialaid@lakelandcollege.ca

Arrange accommodation

Your textbooks will need to be purchased from a variety of sources. More details are included in the drop-down below.

There are supplies and textbooks needed for your program. Please visit our Energy supplies and textbook page for more details.

This is the the same list for both 1st and 2nd year.

• CSA approved hard hat. You may want one that earmuffs can be added to.
• CSA approved clear safety glasses
• fire retardant clothing or coveralls
• CSA approved steel toe safety boots–6” boot recommended for practicum
• work gloves

You may need to be clean-shaven for proper fit-tests, depending on your practicum placement.

2nd year course fees for the 3rd class practicum are $1140 and are due April 15, 2025 (for all students who haven't completed the 3rd class practicum).

• The program application fee and tuition deposit are non-refundable.
• If you withdraw before the program starts, you'll receive a full refund of any fees paid, less the tuition deposit.
• Fees will be fully refunded if Lakeland College cancels a program
