University Transfer Registration and Orientation
Tuition and fees are due on Aug 12, before registration day.
First Day Schedule
Date: Sept 3, 2024Time: 9 am—new students and 10:45 am—returning students
Where: Room 2038, Lloydminster campus. Check a Lloydminster campus map.
What to bring: If you would like to write things down, you can come with a notebook and pen; otherwise, the material will be provided.
New student schedule:
9 - 10:30 am - New student orientation—all new students unless you attended early bird orientation – Room 2038
10:30 - 11:30 am - IT session—all new students unless you attended early bird orientation - BK 116
11:30 am - 12:15 pm - Pep rally - gymnasium
Lunch - in cafeteria, following pep rally
1 - 2 pm - Science safety orientation—students with a science course in either semester unless you attended early bird orientation – Room 2038
12 - 4 pm - Drop in to get your ID card at Student Services.
Returning student schedule:
10:45 - 11:15 am - Returning student check-in - Room 2038
11:30 am - 12:15 pm - Pep rally - gymnasium
Lunch - in cafeteria, following pep rally
1 - 2 pm - Science safety orientation—students with a science course in either semester unless you attended early bird orientation – Room 2038

Books, supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE)

University transfer courses require the usual sorts of stationery - notepaper, pencils, pens, highlighters and binders. You may bring stationery with you or purchase it at the campus bookstore. Specific courses may have additional requirements. For example, you'll require a white lab coat for science courses. Lab coats are available at the campus bookstore. |
Textbooks |
We encourage you to attend class before purchasing textbooks. The complete textbook list isn't available yet. It will be posted closer to your program start date. Please visit our University Transfer supplies and textbook page for more details. Textbooks and general supplies are available through the Lakeland College Bookstore. You can purchase in-store or online. |
