Direct entry
If you graduated from one of the following two-year diploma programs and took college-level:
- precision agriculture course(s)
- agronomy and crop management (s)
- livestock production and management (s)
Lakeland College
- Agribusiness Diploma
- Animal Science Technology Diploma
- Crop Technology Diploma
Olds College
- Ag Management Diploma – Production Major (with elective MEC 2060 Precision Cropping Systems)
Lethbridge College
- Agriculture Sciences Diploma – Agronomy Major
- Agriculture Sciences Diploma – Animal Science Major
Indirect entry
You may also be eligible if you have a related diploma or degree, achieved a minimum 2.3 GPA and took college/university level:
- precision agriculture course(s)
- agronomy and crop management (s)
- livestock production and management (s)

International Students
If you have international post-secondary education, you may be considered for this program. Applications are assessed on a case-by-case basis by the department.
You will be required to submit the following:
- High school transcripts.
- Post-secondary transcripts along with a Basic or ICAP Course by Course Evaluation of your diploma or degree by World Education Services (WES). Check the WES website for evaluation and cost.
All applicants must meet our English language proficiency requirement.

Graduation Requirements
When you complete the requirements with a minimum GPA of 2.0, you will be awarded a Bachelor of Agriculture Technology.
