General Agriculture Admissions and Graduation Requirements

Admission requirements

High school diploma with a minimum 50% in:

• English 30-1 or 65% in English 30-2
• Math 20-1 or Math 20-2
• One of Biology 20, Chemistry 20, Physics 20 or Science 20.

If you didn’t graduate from an Alberta high school, please refer to the English, math and science provincial subject equivalencies.

If you don’t meet the admission requirements, please refer to special admissions.

Please note: If you want transfer credit from another college,  40% of your courses must be at Lakeland (residency requirement).

Graduation requirements

When you complete the requirements with a minimum grade point average of 2.0, you will be awarded a Certificate in General Agriculture.
