Take Lakeland courses and earn national designation
You can earn a Canadian Certified Administrative Professional (CCAP) designation by taking courses at Lakeland College.
The Association of Administrative Professionals (AAP) has recognized Lakeland courses as eligible for the compulsory and elective courses necessary for the designation.
In order to earn the designation, you must also:
- be employed in the administrative/executive assistant field
- be a member of the Association of Administrative Professionals (AAP) for one year
As part of the process, you submit your previous education to AAP. It's evaluated to see how many courses you'll need to complete the designation.
