Gas Process Operator (GPO) |

Gain the knowledge needed to be a successful gas well and plant operator. This 4-partonline program that will take you through all the theory you’ll need to work as a production operator. Each course is 15 weeks in length and offered on the 20th of each month from September – June. Gas operators are responsible for efficient gas production from the wells they operate to meet company and contract targets. Once you complete the program you will receive a certificate of completion.

Heavy Oil Bridging |

Understand the chemistry and processes for finding petroleum deposits as well as get a behind-the-scenes look at oil and gas drilling, insight into the extraction, transportation, treatment and production of oil and gas from daily operations and management to protecting the environment. Collectively, these four 2 week courses will prepare students to begin working at an entry level position in the petroleum industry.

Production Field Operator (PFO) |
||||||||
Learn how to safely and efficiently operate a heavy oil production site. Field operators are responsible for day-to-day well production. Usually, you will have an assigned route of wells to check. Take all four courses online. You'll receive a certificate when you complete them all.
