Truck driver training is headquartered from our County Energy Park location, just west of Lloydminster. We offer Mandatory Entry-Level Training (MELT) as well as driver practice time.

QTVA 190 - Air Brake Endorsement (Q) | ||||
Learn to effectively operate and maintain air brake systems. As a driver, you'll have the knowledge and skill to inspect your vehicle's brake system and ensure it's road worthiness. This 12-hour course runs every Saturday (excluding long weekends) from 7 am - 7 pm. Alberta students will learn theory in the morning, with practical training and testing to follow. Course length: 1 day Lakeland College reserves the right to cancel courses if enrolment is too low. Refund policy: 100% refund if you withdraw 2 full working days before your start date. No refund if you withdraw later than that. Appointments can be rescheduled at an additional cost of $150/hr.
