It comes from hands-on training in our Cenovus Energy Power Engineering lab. It's where you’ll learn and practice job ready skills. Learning continues in an industry practicum.
Before your December practicum, you’ll take a first step towards certification. You're prepared to write Part A of the Alberta Boiler Safety Association (ABSA) 4th Class exam. You can challenge Part B at the end of the program.
Continue your power engineering path at Lakeland with 3rd class training. Choose between the 2nd year of our process and power engineering program, or taking 3rd class online.
