Aug 12 — Semester 1 Fees due, term 1, year 1 & 2
Aug 26 — Registration day / classes begin year 1 & 2
Sep 16 — Last day to drop year 1 & 2 courses. Last day to withdraw from college with full refund less tuition deposit
Sep 30 — National Truth and Reconciliation Day, college closed
Oct 14 — Thanksgiving, college closed
Nov 1 — Last day to withdraw from year 1 & 2 term 1 with "W" grade or change from credit to audit
Nov 11 — Remembrance Day, college closed
Dec 9 — Last day of term 1, year 1 & 2

Term 2

Dec 2 — Semester 2 Fees due, term 2, year 1 & 2
Dec 9 — Last day classes before break, year 2
Dec 10 — First day of term 2, practicum commences year 1, classes commence year 2
Dec 16-Jan 6 — Christmas break, year 2 (no break for year 1)
Jan 12 — Last day to drop term 2 year 2 classes with full refund of term 2 fees
Jan 13 — Last day to drop term 2 year 1 classes with full refund of term 2 fees
March 8 — Last day to withdraw from year 1 & 2 courses with "W" grade or change from credit to audit
Apr 15 — Tuition due, practicum
Apr 18-21 — Easter break, college closed
May 2 — Last day of classes, term 2, year 1 & 2
May 3-Aug 24 — Practicum, Year 2
May 26 — Last day to withdraw from practicum with full refund
May 30 — Lloydminster Campus Convocation
July 10 — Last day to withdraw from practicum with a "W" grade
