Admission requirements
There are 2 ways to gain admission to the program.
- Direct entry - You graduated from an emergency services related diploma program.
- Indirect entry - You have a minimum of 1,200 hours of emergency services related course work and training. We use official transcripts as part of that assessment.

1. You may be eligible for direct entry if you graduated from one of these two-year diploma programs:

Indirect Entry |
1. You must have at least 1,200 hours of related education. You will be required to supply documents to support this training. A course syllabus may be required for evaluation. Directed Practicum Project |
You are expected to make your own practicum arrangements, generally with your employer. Practicum projects will be developed in consultation with the facilitator, employer, and you.

Recognition of Prior Learning |
If you completed relevant courses at another post-secondary institution, you may be eligible for transfer credit. Apply for transfer credit at least 2 months before classes start by completing the transfer credit form.

Course enrolment |
Enrolment is the final step after you've been accepted, paid your tuition deposit, and the timetable has been set.

Graduation requirements
When you successfully complete the necessary modules covering a range of core and non-core competencies, 30 practicum credits and successfully complete the two written project reports, you will be eligible to receive a Bachelor of Applied Business: Emergency Services.
