You qualify if your credits are in human service-related studies. |
Indirect entry |
If you don't have human service-related credits, you'll need post-secondary credits plus a minimum of 3 years full-time experience working in the human services field. Students who don't meet the direct entry admission requirements, should email the academic advisor at hsacademic.advisor@lakelandcollege.ca or call 780 853 8661. |

Recognition of prior learning |
If you completed relevant courses at another post-secondary institution, you may be eligible for transfer credit. Apply for transfer credit at least 2 months before classes start by completing the transfer credit form. Review all of the other ways Lakeland does prior learning assessments. |
Graduation requirements
When you complete the requirements with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0, you will be awarded a Community Mental Health certificate.
