Tutorials
Tutorials are option and are available for:
- new applicators
- applicator recertification
- authorized assistant
- train the trainer
- trainer recertification
As well, continuing education workshops for credits are offered in the spring and fall.
If you are new applicator, the tutorials are usually 4 days long and are optional. Other tutorials and workshops vary in length.
All tutorials use the home study course material. So, you’ll need to purchase what you need either before or when you register.
The tutorials prepare you to write the applicator exam. However, exams aren’t written at the end of the tutorial. You arrange the date and place by calling the pesticides office.
Some of the tutorials and workshops are done at Lakeland College. There are other trainers and venues. All are listed in drop downs below along with registration information.
