Continue your learning
You are eligible to write the Alberta Apprenticeship first year welding exam if you have:
- a minimum 65% standing in program requirements
- a 90% or better attendance record
Complete your apprenticeship
You need to take 2 more technical training periods and the required on-the-job hours to become a journeyperson welder. All your technical training can be taken at Lakeland College.
