Bachelor of Arts Admission Requirements

You will need the following course(s) to be admitted into Arts at Lakeland College.

1. English 30-1 in Alberta and English 30A and 30B in Saskatchewan.
   • Check the course equivalencies in other provinces.
2. Other courses in appropriate areas as required.
   • Check out requirements of the university you plan to attend.

For example:

• If you plan to major or minor in psychology, you will need at least Math 30-2 (Foundations of Math 30)
  
• If you plan to major in economics at U of A, you will need at least Math 30-1 (Pre-Calculus 30).
  
• Most Arts degrees require 6 credits of sciences, so it's best to have at least one 30-level science, but isn't required.
