Sep 7 – Classes begin for fall term
Sep 14 - Last day to add courses
Sep 26 - Last day to drop courses. Last day to withdraw from college with full refund
Sept 30 - College closed for National Truth and Reconciliation Day
Oct 10 -  College closed 
Nov 7 - Last day to withdraw from fall term with W grade or change from credit to audit
Nov 10-11 - Fall break for students
Nov 11 - College closed for Remembrance Day
Dec 16 – Last day of fall term
Dec 18 - Jan 3 - Christmas break for students

2023

Jan 4 – First day ​winter term, fees due
Jan 11 - Last day to add winter term classes
Jan 24 - Last day to drop ​winter term courses. Last day to withdraw from college with 100% refund of winter term fees. Last day to withdraw from full year courses with W grade or change from credit to audit.
Feb 19-25 – Reading Week- Spring Break for students in most programs
Mar 20 - Last day to withdraw from winter term courses with W grade or change from credit to audit.
April 7-10 - Easter Break
April 21 – Last day winter term for most programs
May 26 - Lloydminster Campus Convocation
June 2 - Vermilion Campus Convocation

• Please see the term dates for 2022-23 for specific program start and end dates.
• This schedule does not include apprenticeship programs, or programs with major work experience or practicum components, and continuing education courses.

Not all programs have spring break.

HOOT, HOPE, 2nd Class Power Engineering, hairstylist clinical esthetician and BEd (ATEP) end later. Some programs also have practicums that extend into May (AHT, VMA, admin professional, interior design, HOPE)
