Q: How did COVID-19 change the way you do your job?
A: During COVID-19, I was required to provide 24-hour care to keep the individuals health, safe and entertained as they were unable to leave their homes.

Q: How does it feel to play such an important part in our community's response to the pandemic?
A: It feels empowering to be able to touch lives during a time like this. It may seem small from the outside view, but I know that I am making a difference in people's lives and that's worth everything.
