Choose your path
Lakeland offers two pathways for students. Apprenticeship or pre-employment. If you're already working in the trades or took the RAP program, then apprenticeship may be the path for you. If you're looking to get started in the trade and want to build a foundation, you'll want to explore our pre-employment path.
These programs will help you build confidence, connect with industry professionals, and prepare for entry-level positions to get your foot in the door. We’ll provide foundational skills and essential training in the following fields to prepare you for your first step forward.
