Because everyone is valued, Lakeland has a long tradition of recognizing service. During our annual awards celebration, we proudly recognize employees who have achieved 10 years of service and each 5-year milestone that follows. We also recognize retirees.

All staff are invited to attend our annual awards evening and celebrate our milestone award recipients and retirees.
