Aramark Canada Ltd. is a full service, on-site catering department within Lakeland College that offers expertly trained chefs who work with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Balancing great taste with seasonality, nutrition, reduced sodium, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary needs, Aramark provides choices that are easy, healthy and ecologically-sound.

Our Event Services team will work with you to customize your service and provide the highest level of food quality to ensure the success of your event. If you have something in mind that we haven't listed, please let us know. We'll be happy to offer you a quote for your unique meal for your meeting or conference.

Aramark is guaranteed the first right of refusal on food services at Lakeland College. As such, permission is required from the director of food service for external food suppliers to provide service on campus.

  • You must confirm the the number of guests attending the function (final guarantee). Please note that fee/charges may be incurred for late submission, changes and cancellations within the the guarantee period.
    • Up to 30 guests - 3 business days before the event.
    • 30 -100 guests - 5 business days before
    • 101 - 300 guests - 7 business days before
    • 300+ guests - 9 business days before
  • Children under 5 years of age eat for free. Children 5 to 10 years of age eat for 30% off adult price.
  • Table linen, china, water glasses are included in the supper packages, and are available otherwise for a fee.
  • Small orders such as coffee services, or meals for small parties are available during regular operating hours on each campus.
  • Generally, requests for meals outside operating hours (evenings and weekends) will be accepted for groups with 50+ adults.

  • All requests are subject to chef's approval and availability.
