You can choose from tiered seating with moveable chairs or a flat floor with moveable furniture.

Our gymnasiums, available for booking on both campuses, are ideal for sporting events and sport camps. Please inquire if you need stage pieces, a podium, projectors/screens, microphones or a sound system.

Rental rate (Lloydminster): $882 for half gym or $1,215 for full gym

Excellent for conferences, the Servus Credit Union Hospitality Centre is an open and versatile space that features a two-storey high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows. Various room layouts and event types are possible in this open-concept space.

Rental rate: $210/hr or $842/day
Campus: Lloydminster
Capacity: 189 banquet style. Upper mezzanine can seat an additional 72 guests.
Includes: Round dinner tables and chairs.

This flexible space can suit many different configurations. Theatre companies or corporate groups can customize the Black Box Theatre to meet their needs.

The Servus Credit Union Lecture Theatre, located on the second floor of the Lloydminster campus, is an ideal space for lectures, keynote speakers and workshops. This tiered, classroom-style space is equipped with a projection system, whiteboards and computer access.

This space boasts plenty of windows, beautiful views of the Vermilion campus courtyard and flexible layout options.

One of our most popular rental spaces, this two-storey theatre is a great space for a featured speaker with a capacity of over 400. Located on the Vermilion campus, please submit a booking request via the Application for Theatre Use.

Rental rate: $158/hr or $630/day
Theatre technician: $75/hr
