• Born in Hudson Bay, SK and now calls Vermilion home
• Lakeland alumni, graduate of Small Business & Entrepreneurship ('03)
• Joined Lakeland from 2003-2007 as part of the recruitment team
• Returned to Lakeland in 2019 with the donor and alumni relations team
• Proud to have the privilege of leading our donor and relations team
• Career has focused on sales, business development and recruitment
• Enjoy spending time with all our donors and sponsors

Donor & Alumni Relations Admin. Assistant

• Blackbaud certified at the professional level in Raiser's edge
• Driven by a love for data, her curiosity and love of learning makes her an invaluable part of the team as the donor and alumni relations administrative assistant
• Enjoys reading, taking walks with her son, Zephyr, and dog, Proton

Donor & Sponsor Associate

• Joined Lakeland College in 2023 and is our team's donor and sponsor associate 
• Earned her marketing diploma in 2009 and her administration diploma in 2010 from SIAST
• Currently lives in Lloydminster

Jordana Saskiw

Donor & Alumni Relations Administrator

• Originally from Innisfree, Alta., she now lives on a cattle farm outside Innisfree with her husband, son, and dog, Bob
• Graduated from NAIT in 2018 with a Bachelor of Administration Majoring in Accounting
• After working with an accounting firm, she joined Lakeland's donor and alumni relations team in 2023 as the donor and alumni relations administrator
• Outside of Lakeland, she enjoys curling and spending quality time with her son and husband 

Kayleigh Schmid

Alumni Engagement & Career Services Specialist

• Graduated from Lakeland ('11) after competing on the Rustlers rodeo team and was involved as both a student ambassador and in the class representative committee
• Beginning in 2011, she's been a part of the student services team and the recruitment/enrolment team
• In 2022, she joined the donor and alumni relations team and has thoroughly enjoyed connecting with alumni of all class years as our alumni relations and career services specialist
• Originally from Marwayne, Alta., she now lives in Lloydminster where she enjoys running, spinning, perusing podcasts and walking her dog, Chloe.

Leanne Wildeman

Donor & Sponsor Associate

• Joined Lakeland College's donor and alumni relations team in May 2022 as the sponsor and donor associate
• She works closely with mid-level donors and sponsorship for college programs and Feast on the Farm
• Before joining Lakeland, she worked with a local human services non-profit focusing on marketing, fund development and public education
• Volunteered in the Kinsmen Foundation (Telemiracle) for 7 years as zone representative and chair
• For 20+ years, she volunteered with the Lloydminster Kinette Club and is a Life member of the association
• Earned her diploma in Business Management from Lakeland College ('01) and achieved her CFRE in 2023
• Currently lives in Lloydminster

Penny Manners

Stewardship & Annual Giving Officer

• Joined Lakeland College in 2016 and currently works with the donor and alumni relations team as the stewardship & annual giving officer
• Currently lives in Lloydminster
• Earned her associate diploma from Lakeland College in 1993 and then earned her B.A. in English from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996
• Became a certified fundraising professional (CFRE) in 2024
