Guide to My Lakeland tiles

Once you are logged in you'll see tiles.

Above is a screenshot with the top row. Once you click on a tile, you'll see a menu with a variety options. The following lists more about the tiles you'll use the most.

Profile tile

Verify and update your preferred name, address, phone number, email address and emergency contacts

Task tile

• Provides a list of holds.
• Holds have information about your account such as overdue fees, academic suspension or details about your student aid or sponsorship.

Financial accounts tile

• View details about your account balance, payments, charges due and refunds.
• Make payments by credit card.
• View and print your T2202 tax receipt.

Academic records tile

• View and print your class enrollments or weekly timetable.
• View the drop and withdrawal dates for your classes.
• View an unofficial transcript and request an official transcript.

Enroll in Classes tile

• Is visible if your program requires you to self-enrol in classes.

• Links you to the help and how-to pages on our web
