Empower yourself to improve mental and emotional wellbeing in your community.
Through our online program you’ll learn to recognize mental health issues. This can range through:
- depression
- addiction
- trauma recovery
You’ll also learn to advocate for and educate about mental health. In particular, how to work effectively with common issues you encounter.
In our community mental health programs you'll:
- learn tools and options that support resiliency
- gain knowledge and skills to promote mental health and wellness
- focus on awareness and prevention as well as supporting interventions
- discover ways to work or partner with current community supports
If you already have human services training and want to supplement your job skills, this program is for you. The only requirement is that you have a certificate, diploma or degree.
