Prepare to work in a modern office with solid job-ready business skills.
Lakeland’s one-year administrative professional program covers both the technical and interpersonal:
- bookkeeping
- office procedures
- computer applications
- communications
- human relations
- social media marketing
Social media skills are also an essential part of modern business settings. In social media marketing, you’ll learn about specific social media platforms, as well as how to use them in a marketing plan. This is one of two online courses in the program.
You’ll apply everything you’ve learned in a 3-week practicum. You’ll graduate prepared to be an essential part of any office.
